■ Introduction
This site is operated by GS WORLDWIDE LLC (brand name: Emika Norden; "the Store"). In these Terms, "the Store," "the Company," "we" and "us" refer to GS WORLDWIDE LLC.
By using this site and purchasing products from us, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the site.
■ General Provisions
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence.
Using our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is prohibited. If you violate these Terms, we may immediately stop providing our services to you.
■ Orders and Formation of Contract
A sales contract between us and the customer is formed when you complete the checkout process and your payment is confirmed.
Cancellations and changes after an order has been placed are subject to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.
■ Shipping
Our products are shipped directly to you from our overseas warehouse in Asia. For shipping details, please see our separate Shipping Policy.
You will not be charged any duties or other import fees when your order is delivered.
However, this does not include customs duties, clearance fees or similar charges that arise in the following cases:
• If you send an item back to us for a return or exchange
• If the item could not be delivered and was returned to us

■ Returns and Exchanges
If your item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return shipping and other costs are paid by the customer, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

■ Order Cancellations
To ship orders quickly, we use an automated order-processing system: as soon as an order is received, processing for shipment begins and production of made-to-order items starts. In addition, our customer support and shipping departments operate separately, so we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
Changes to your order (including size, color, quantity or shipping address) may be possible depending on how far processing has progressed, but we cannot guarantee them.
Depending on when you contact us, cancellation may be possible as an exception. In that case, the applicable fee will still be deducted. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
